During our inspection of the above property we found the tiling in the to be in poor condition and in need of repair. We have noticed there are a few that should be replaced. We will endeavour to match the existing tiles at a ‘discontinued’ tile company; however if the tiles are unavailable we will best match to the closest colour or white standard tiles will be used.
This quote is to:
* Source new materials to best match existing tiles.
* Removal of the affected area of tiling and remove from site.
* Supply & install new tiles.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
