We have recently had complaints that the hot water temperature at the above address is dangerously TOO HOT. We note that the current standards require the temperature to be no more than 50°C at a tap for a bath, shower and basin.
There is currently an existing Tempering Valve installed at the above address at the hot water service. We believe the Tempering Valve to be approximately
years old and doesn’t seem to be functioning properly. We propose to replace this tempering valve with 1 x new tempering valve and connect to the pipework, test and commission.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
