We have recently had complaints that the hot water temperature at the above address is dangerously TOO HOT. We note that the current standards require the temperature to be no more than 50°C at a tap for a bath, shower and basin. This quote is to carry out works necessary to alter both the hot and cold pipework and install 1 x Tempering Valve at the heater. This valve is designed to provide warm water at 50°C to the property which is a safe temperature for all concerned.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
