We have recently identified the Gravity Fed Hot Water Service to be in poor condition and suggest replacement in the near future. We recommend replacing the heater with a Mains Pressure Hot Water Service hot water service.
This quote is to:
* Disconnect the hot water service in the roof space and drain the tank.
* Put 1 x 600mm concrete pad down to level up the new heater.
* Supply and install 1 x new hot water service.
* Supply Duo Control Valve and new Tempering Valve.
* Connect to the cold water service at low level.
* Re-run the hot water down the wall out the eave and connect to the new tank position.
* Have the electricity re-run the same way down the wall to connect to the power, if required.
* Test and commission the tank leaving the old tank in the roof space and empty.
* Remove rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
