We recently attended site and found a section of stack work to be leaking. We note the stack work to be on the of the property. We are making you aware, as the leaking sewer may become a health issue.
We will carry out the following:
* Cut out a section of affected drainage.
* Make good connection to the existing stack work.
* Replace affected section of pipe work with new PVC pipe work.
* Install a PVC inspection point for future access.
* Assure no leaks.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
