We have recently attended the above property and carried out a thorough investigation of all visual pipework and fixtures. This has resulted in finding no source of leaks to contribute to the high water bill.
To move forward with the investigation of this water leak we are required to carry out the following:
If we prove the leak to be in this section of pipework we will need to trace the pipework with electronic equipment which may give us the ability to hear the leak underground and help us pinpoint the leak.
If we locate then we will be required to access the pipework at this section; we will then remove a section of pipework and replace with new.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
