We have recently attended the above property and identified to be constant dripping around the pipe work. We believe the leak to be a waterproofing issue. We propose to install a drip tray underneath the offending pipework to catch the water and then run appropriate pipework and fittings to discharge the water.
This quote is to:
* Supply & install 1 metal safe waste tray of appropriate size.
* Supply & install appropriate pipework and connect to the appropriate pipe work.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: This will not stop the pipe from dripping but will cease the water dripping onto the floor.
