We have recently attended the above property and during our inspection we have identified that the current grating system at the of the driveway is inadequate for the installation and we believe that a more heavy-duty grating system be installed.
This quote is to:
* Road saw the existing driveway along the Note: the cuts have been allowed to be under the existing grated drain.
* Jackhammer the side of the concrete out to remove to the correct width.
* Supply 1 x new galvanised heavy-duty grate.
* Supply bedding sand under the new pit for levelling.
* If necessary, starter bars drilled into the existing drive way if they over cut for the new pit.
* Backfill around the pit with sand and consolidate the ground ready for new concrete.
* Patch around the new pit with concrete stopping 30mm lower than driveway level, this allows us to patch drive way and lay new finish to suit.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
