We have recently been to the above property and believe the introduction of brick vents into the outside skin of brick work is necessary.
We will carry out the following:
* Purchase brick vents that will best compliment the complex in size and colour.
* Assure location where to install the vents.
* Grind mortar out around the existing brick work.
* Chisel out remainder of bricks being replaced.
* Re-mortar in the brick vent as needed.
* Tidy site.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
