We have recently attended the above property and identified that the silicone in the to be in poor condition and in need of repair. In time this may increase the chances of water leaking through to the wall and may create a waterproofing issue within the bathroom.
This quote is to:
* Temporarily install silicone to .
* Mix new grout and apply to walls filling the necessary gaps between tiles.
* Sponge-off to keep clean.
* Remove any rubbish from site.
* Must be left for 24 hours to dry.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
