We have recently attended the above property and identified the existing basin in the to be in poor condition and suggest replacement in the near future.
This quote is to:
* Supply and install 1 x new standard wall hung basin.
* Supply and install 1 x mixer.
* Make good all connections to the plumbing and drainage.
* Remove the old basin from site.
* Remove rubbish.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
