PSQAPP-1 Replace Vanity and Tapware

We have recently attended the above property and identified the existing vanity in the downstairs main bathroom upstairs main bathroom downstairs ensuite upstairs ensuite ensuite main bathroom female bathroom male bathroom laundry powder room kitchen outhouse which is 600mm 750mm 900mm standard base to be in poor condition and suggest replacement in the near future.

This quote is to:

* Supply and install 1 x new 600mm 750mm 900mm standard base vanity of similar type.

* Supply and install 1 x new set of tap ware.  (This is a budget set of taps.)

* Make good all connections to the plumbing and drainage.

* Remove the old vanity from site.

* Remove rubbish.

All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.
