We have recently been asked to attend site to investigate an issue with the drainage. Along with a CCTV camera inspection we have identified that there was a problem with the . It was obvious that the drainage has within the line and you will not be able to maintain this line for much longer. Due to the depth and location of the affected section of pipework we believe the best solution would be to install a patch within the line to make good the broken pipe.
We will carry out the following:
* Confirm access into pipework and set up in a safe area.
* CCTV camera line to confirm measurements of the problem.
* Clean the existing pipework in preparation for the patch.
* Carry out works needed to assure the patch is in the correct location.
* Inflate packer with the patch and leave in position for the appropriate amount of time.
* Deflate packer and double check with CCTV camera the patch is in good condition.
All works will be carried out to Australian Standards AS3500 and will be within OH&S Guidelines.

* Less disruption to the occupants.
* No need for heavy machinery which can affect existing flora.
* No need to excavate and reinstate the ground.
* Able to provide same warranty for this work without carrying out a “dig up”.
