Account for works on site.
We have recently been asked to attend the above site and investigate the water leaking around the shower.
We carried out the following tests.
* Pressure tested the hot and cold water service which proved to pass test.
* Visual inspections of the taps and noted no leaks around the spindles.
* Dye tested and static tested the recess and could not simulate the leak.
* Pressure tested the shower breach and was able to get the copper pipe work behind the wall the leak.
We identified that the grout is in poor condition and the shower is in need of a full re-grout. We applied a temporary patch for now.
