Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the faulty hot water service.
We investigated and were able to identify that there was a 3 phase instantaneous hot water heater on site.
Due to the age, style and condition of the heater it was more economical to have the heater serviced which we coordinated with the tenant.
We tested and commissioned as per specifications. All works completed.
