Account for works on site.
We have recently been asked to attend the above site as there was a report of faulty hot water.
We investigated and found that the hot water pilot light was out on safety.
We were able to re light the pilot light and tested that the heater lit up and provided hot water.
Note if this was to happen again the controller may need to be replaced.
All works completed, tested all okay.
