We have recently been asked to attend the above site as there was a report of there being a faulty urinal.
We investigated and were able to identify that that some one had pulled too hard on the pull chain and the outlet valve had misaligned and was allowing water to constantly run through and leak.
We realigned the valve and tested it functioned as needed.
All works complete.
