We have recently been asked to attend the above site and investigate the problem with the toilet.
We investigated and found that the existing skew back pan in the was in poor condition and required replacement.
We isolated the water supply, drained down the cistern and disconnected and removed the pan. We supplied and installed 1 x new skew back pan.
We made good the connections, reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
