Whilst on site we were asked to inspect the faulty toilet.
Upon inspection we identified that the cistern in the was in need of a few parts. Both the inlet valve and flexi connection were in poor condition and required replacement.
We supplied and installed 1 x new inlet valve and 1 x new flexi connector.
We made good the connections, reinstated the water supply and found to test all ok.
